I was shopping for a new Subaru Legacy for quite a while before I went into Cochran. I didn't even consider Cochran because they are about a half hour drive from my house. I didn't buy on my first visit, and I continued to correspond and negotiate terms via email. His response time was excellent. I as having a hard time deciding between the 4 and 6 cylinder boxer engine. I wasn't sure the 4 cylinder would have enough power. He suggested I take one for another drive. I went in early one saturday, and he handed me the keys to a brand new car with the exact features I wanted. I went for an extended drive, and that is what I needed to know that the 4 cylinder was perfect for me. More

We have had three Saturn models and one Hyundai Elantra leases while working with Anna Johns. From day #1 working with Anna has been a personal pleasure. The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the sales manager. I haven't had any service yet so I can't comment on it. The sales floor was very busy at times but our sales person was very fair with sales manager. I haven't had any service yet so I can't comment on it. The only thing I would do differnt is make sure I know what options are on the car, thought the car came with fog lights and splash guards, but it came with the blueconnect instead. More
