Came back from the bank and then was presented with a lot of paperwork and all kinds of additional priced items. That bllew our minds because we thought these “extras” which could amount to $4000-$10,000 additional coverage to insure quality, depending on which ones we would choose, were included in the sales price. We declined all of these. Did not understand all the gizmo electronics (traded in a basic 19 year old car) and had to return the next day to get an in-car orientation of how all the fancy dashboard screen and buttons worked. That should’ve been offered on the day of sale. Staff was very friendly. Disappointed we have to wait on a missing key fob part they should have had which is necessary if the fob fails to open the driver side door. Bottom line, we love the car and are confident #1 Cochran Toyota in North Huntingdon will be a good choice for all future questions and service. More
