He and management promptly got the exact vehicle we wanted, including the color. The salesperson thoroughly went above and beyond to review the vehicles features and benefits always mentioning how it would help us. Everything about this dealership was great with the exception of the F&I person. The person you have in your finance office will cost you more customers than they gain you. Talk about dropping the ball at the last step, I wasn’t born yesterday. The F&I person isn’t pulling the wool over as many eyes as he thinks he is. Talk about an Achilles heel. More
