Just plain horrible rude and lairs they don't care about you So I was there a couple days ago with my husband and 2 kids. We waiting for about an hr and half to see someone. Finally when we went in we discussed our payment and what I was going to put down and all this stuff. One part I thought was werid I never was able to see the boss man. But either way we were going to get things going and I handed him $600 then went to the bank to get another $400 to be able to put down $1000. Well this guy knew I was a first time buyer didn't have a car of my own and I wasn't even from Texas was from Arizona. Well have the contract was read and sign he asked if about the insurance. Well unfortunately I didn't have insurance because I didn't even know what car I was going to receive and by the time every was done the insurance place was closed so I wasn't able to get insurance on the vehicle. I was upset demanded my money but was told it was a done deal. So when I went home tried to figure a way with the insurance but when I was trying to add insurance one company didn't let me and then I was told it would be 250 plus for insurance. I called the dealer back and told him I couldn't afford a $400 payment a month plus insurance. I asked him why couldn't he tell me about the insurance first before bring out the contract. He just laugh said it was a done deal I ain't getting my money back. So now I'm carless and no money. On top of that they want me to go and sign paper to give up the car voluntarily. What upsets me is I never even owned the car now if the car was mine then why did I not have the keyes no instead they locked it up in the back. I could have my keys even if I didn't have insurance. But they took both I told them I was going to take legal matters and they said they didn't care I ain't getting my money back. They totally lie about wanting to help you and understanding your situation they just rip you off. Real dealer ships don't do that. Least at real dealer ships they sit with you and explain the pages of the contract not walk away and do his own thing. They took us as bait. More

They tried to scam me and still haven't returned my deposit I was looking at a BMW just before New Year’s. Looked like a great car with some minor dings and such, but it appeared to be a great deal. We agreed to a price and were headed in the right direction, so I thought. Paul insisted that I put down a deposit in cash. I reluctantly agreed to let Paul drive me to a local Wal Mart to get money orders to pay for the car, since it was Saturday afternoon and all banks were closed. He said that I could get a cash advance on my debit card. When I told him that my debit limit was too low to get the full amount, he asked me to call the bank to up the limit. When I told him that their limit was below the amount needed, he asked me to call them to ask. I declined. He finally agreed to allow me to put down a $500 deposit in cash. We drew up all of the paperwork and I was to return Tuesday with the balance. I had reviewed the AutoCheck in the dealership, which was clean. Over the weekend, I did a little research on the VIN and found that it had a rebuilt title. On Tuesday, I called to make sure that the car was detailed and ready and to check the title status (all of 1 and 2 Automotive's advertisements showed the title as clean). Paul wasn’t available, so I left a message. He called me back about 10 minutes later with an apologetic tone. He said that because of me they were cancelling their Car Fax subscription (funny because they didn’t use Car Fax) and were switching to AutoCheck, “the industry standard”. I went to the dealer to cancel the sale, as it had been misrepresented as a clean titled vehicle, which Paul assured me would not be an issue. While I was onsite, he was cordial, but said that I would have to come back the next day (it was after 5 and their accountant was gone) or I could have a check mailed. I opted for a check. When I called back nobody at the dealer had any idea of what I was talking about and, of course, Paul was not available. I talked to Chris, Chelsea, Mary to this point to no avail.
