Bad experience I was at your dealership today to look at the 2015 Honda Accord after visited several dealerships. I talked to your sales person Charles Freeman who t I was at your dealership today to look at the 2015 Honda Accord after visited several dealerships. I talked to your sales person Charles Freeman who told us that he would sell us the car for a certain amount - we asked for a little less than what is being offer on Mr. Urizar's email to me. We also showed him proof of what the dealership in Pasadena agreed to sell the car for. We accepted his offer and were ready to start the process when his manager and him came back and said they maybe can do it for a higher amount that what was agreed upon. I had told him at the beginning of the process that I was serious in getting the car today and that I didn't have time to play these number games. I also told him that we are in the market to get another car for my younger son in the near future and that we would like to support our local business. Anyway, your sales team did not honor our agreement and we were extremely disappointed because they could have gotten our business today and future sales from all our friends in Simi and Moorpark. More

Honda Pilot I went to 5 Honda dealerships in Southern California and this one was the best! We came in just to look My wife and I have been considering a new car purchase. Someone I know has a Crosstour and I wanted to take a test drive to see how it compares to my My wife and I have been considering a new car purchase. Someone I know has a Crosstour and I wanted to take a test drive to see how it compares to my X3 which has 360K miles and is getting a little tired. The floor manager called for a sales person and Johann came to meet us. From the first contact we were impressed. He was polite, asked the right questions and we never felt like he was pressuring or rushing us through the process, even though we told him from the start that we were just looking to test drive the vehicle. He showed us two different cars and took time for us to drive both, even though one had to be jump started as the battery was dead. On the test drive he explained some of the features and was very informative. He has a good sense of humor and was able to laugh at himself, as the blue-tooth in the car did not recognize his voice commands due to his accent. Being a foreigner and having gone through a period of time with an accent, I could relate to that. Johann never actually pushed for a sale, it was us who decided to move to the next step after the test drive. With the assistance of the manager, Stu, we ended up negotiating a price that was just a bit more than what we said we would pay, but well below the sales price that was initially presented. The staff was very pleasant throughout the process, we had a new roof rack installed a few days later and Ryan at the service department was also great. The dealership washed and detailed the vehicle again (it had 750 miles on it already) when we brought in for the rack without us asking, which was a nice surprise. The car is a pleasure to drive and at almost half price of a new X3, it compares favorably. A little less power and a little lighter. We have now three Honda products in the household and are glad we acquired this one. We would highly recommend Johann David to anyone that wishes to even just look at a Honda vehicle, and the entire crew at First Honda for a very pleasant buying experience.
