Extremely disappointing experience at DCH Honda of - this guy
Extremely disappointing experience at DCH Honda of Oxnard. I scheduled an appointment after receiving an online offer for my vehicle and was also seriously considering purchasing a new Honda Passport. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt like a complete waste of time.
Masood Zamani never even came out to introduce himself or properly evaluate my vehicle. Instead, he walked out of the office and yelled across the sales floor from the doorway, "Internet price is coming at $28,000," without even inspecting the car. The interaction lasted maybe 20 seconds total. He made absolutely no effort to engage, inspect the vehicle, or provide any level of professionalism or customer service.
What made it even more embarrassing was the reaction from the employees nearby. Even they appeared shocked by how the situation was handled.
If the dealership had no intention of actually evaluating my vehicle, then why ask me to bring it in? The entire experience came across as inconsiderate, unprofessional, and reflective of very poor business practices. Honestly, after this interaction, it's no surprise they currently hold a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing the new Honda Passport from DCH Honda of Oxnard, and I will absolutely be sharing my experience with friends and family. I expected professionalism and respect, and unfortunately received neither.
