I've been a Honda customer for very long time. I came into the dealership with a letter that I received offering me to participate in the 2009 CRV Buy-back program. Bobby provided information on a few different vehicles based on my requirements and we also test drove a new 2013 CRV and also looked at the very nice 2012 CRV. After a few comparisons, we agreed upon a deal on the beautiful 2012 CRV and also my monthly payments would be lower, which is what I wanted. I appreciate Bobby's efforts in making that happen. I am a loyal Honda customer and when I find a dealership that focuses on the customer and customer service, I am loyal to that dealership as well.
