I had a very pleasant car-purchasing experience with Tony and Chris. Once I confirmed the price, I rushed on over to the dealership, where Tony was already waiting. At every turn, I expected the purchase to devolve into those notorious sales ploys, like the old "mistaken price". At every turn, I was pleased to find that the people at First Honda were attentive and didn't attempt to take advantage of me. The entire process lasted no longer than the time it took to: 1) fill out paperwork, 2) debate in my head how much I wanted to put down, 3) have their mechanics look at my trade-in, 4) sign the finance docs, and 5) get the new car detailed. Some of these overlapped, and I doubt I was there for over 90 minutes total. I don't think this sale could have gone smoother/faster if I'd paid full sticker price and bought every optional add-in they could throw in. The cynic in me wants to say that these guys traded some of their profits for word-of-mouth. Even if that is the case, they earned it. I can't say that Chris will always have insane deals to offer, but Tony brings a friendly, no-nonsense attitude to the showroom that I appreciate. More

We went to First Honda after visiting two other dealerships to look at a Nissan not a Honda because we didn't think Honda would be in our price range. Bobby was the most experienced, knowledgeable, dealerships to look at a Nissan not a Honda because we didn't think Honda would be in our price range. Bobby was the most experienced, knowledgeable, no pressure, sales representative we have ever dealt with. He took the time to side by side explain the differences between the Honda and Nissan, plus he had knowledge of the other cars from different company's that we had looked at. When it came down to price, Bobby and the finance team got to the number that we needed to make it work. This is the 5th new car we have bought and by far this was the best and easiest experience we have had. One more thing, the whole First Honda team, were extremely friendly and took their time with us, even though it was past 9pm on a Friday night. And the late hour didn't stop or rush Bobby from taking the time to explain all of the features that our new car had. We will highly recommend this dealership and especially Bobby to our friends and family. More
