We bought a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring from Doug Freeman. He was not pushy, just listened to what we wanted. We went back several times looking for the right vehicle. Doug called us to come and take a look at it. We sat down to make the deal on it with Doug. Then after a little negotiating Stu Miller was called in to finish the deal. Then off to Joon Chong for all the paper work and signing which was painless. After everything was signed Doug spent over an hour explaining all the functions of the Pilot to my wife. Doug Called a couple of days later to see if everything was ok with the Pilot and could he answer any question we have. What a great Salesman. More

We came to this dealership after having an awful experience with 1st Kia of Simi Valley. We had wanted to view/drive a used Optima we had been interested in purchasing from 1st Kia but did not want experience with 1st Kia of Simi Valley. We had wanted to view/drive a used Optima we had been interested in purchasing from 1st Kia but did not want to go there again. Albert was great. He went there and brought back the Optima we had been interested in. After test driving it agaom we decided it wasn't what we wanted. With no pressure Albert had us drive an Accord. Much more power. It was the low end Accord which was what we thought we could afford but we really wanted a car with all the bells and whistles the Kia offered. Albert said he would show us the car we would love and be able to afford. And he was right. It was Honda Accord EX-L (in black) and we fell in love. He knew just what we wanted and he assured us they could work with us on the price and they did. We worked with Brian on the price. He was great. No pressure and the process was easy. He had a lot of patience with us because we questioned everything. This was a great car buying experience for both my husband and myself. Probably the best. Thank you. More
