We live Way over in Corona, California, and this is the second car my husband and I have purchased from First Honda of Simi Valley. Oh Boy, are there lots of Honda dealerships all over; the closes one is Riverside or Lake Elsinore for us. My wonderful husband decided to buy me a new car. All I wanted was a simple car. My husband knew what we wanted and how much he was willing to pay for our new car. We were pre-approved and my husband had done his homework as always. He agreed only to visit but he would call the shots and get the price and car I wanted. If he doesn't get his price we would go elsewhere for sure. He's a strong arm kind of guy...my way or else. To say the least, we were impressed with the inventory and the patience of the salesman. He answered all our questions and gave us what we wanted. We purchased an Accord and traded-in a BMW and we were pleased with the purchase. That was in 2010. We recently, purchased another Honda Accord 2012, and again we knew what we wanted. When my husband and I got to the dealership we took our time, test drove several cars and asked several questions. I believe the best compliment for a car dealership is for customers to return to the place where they are confident that they got the best deal. We believe if a business is fair, up front, and straight forward, a customer can't go wrong with their decision! Our salesman Albert Rodriquez is very professional, hard working and very knowledgeable of the cars he sells. He listens and understands what his customers want and expect. Plus you get treated like you are their top number one customer. In this economy there are a lot of places people can go to purchase a car; We were confident that the 100 mile drive was well worth the drive. We highly recommend First Honda Of Simi Valley and especially Mr. Albert Rodriguez. More

He was patient with me as he showed me vehicles that fit the criteria I had given him for my next vehicle, such as leather interior, polished metal finish, four doors, and of course a reasonable price. As he showed me each vehicle, he described the specific features of each one. He honestly was more concerned with me getting what I wanted than what he was going to get out of it. I also met Joe Vece and Stu Miller who were very cordial. Vickie Mason, the finance director made me feel at ease and stress free as I signed the paperwork. Lastly, I would like to thank Avalas, one of the porters, for allowing me to drive home in a spotlessly clean new car. Several colleagues at work have purchased vehicles from ALBERT.
