1st Honda Simi Valley

Purchasing a new vehicle can be the most dreadful experience, or it can be what I just experienced with Johann and Julia at 1st Honda! A fantastic experience!! From the moment I walked in (the nightm experience, or it can be what I just experienced with Johann and Julia at 1st Honda! A fantastic experience!! From the moment I walked in (the nightmarish customer that walks in 45 minutes before closing time!) I was greeted by Johann. Even though I had already test-driven the car I wanted to purchase at another dealership, he insisted on taking me on a test drive. I went along with it, and I am so happy that I did! He explained every option in great detail. We drove on surface streets for a bit, then he asked me to get on the freeway so that he could show me the cruise control options! I was blown-away by his thoroughness, not to mention that it was his time to go home, and he could have rushed me through the process, but didn't! We then went back to the dealership where I also met with Julia. I told them both that I wanted the car and that I would be back on Saturday to finalize. I was also very clear that I didn't want to encounter any hold-ups in finance, and that I wanted to basically come in, sign, and leave. That is exactly what happened! And Johann even took me on another drive as I had additional questions!! Start to finish: 5 stars (would give them 10 if I could!!) I highly recommend 1st Honda!! More

Easy process once I was able to get in touch with someone I initially had some issues with emails from the dealership not coming through to my email. However, once I was able to get in touch with someone from the dealership it was a very easy process. I picked out the vehicle I wanted online, got a quote from TrueCar, and then came into the dealership to finalize the details. Internal communications between sales management and sales staff could have been better as there were a couple miscommunications that almost resulted in the deal not happening, but thankfully I had copies of everything discussed and it was a simple process. I was in and out of the dealership to sign paperwork in about an hour, which was great due to the coronavirus pandemic and I didn't want to spend any additional time in the dealership that I didn't need to.
