1st Honda Simi Valley

Now that business are opening up during this time of the coronavirus, I tried to do as much research and negotiating over the Internet and email. I was finally able to find what I was looking for at First H coronavirus, I tried to do as much research and negotiating over the Internet and email. I was finally able to find what I was looking for at First Honda and headed over based on what I was quoted via email. I met with Johann, who was not the person I was communicating via email. As always, the price I was quoted via email was not what was presented at the dealership (I don’t blame Johann... ALL dealerships do this). Anyways, Johann was very clear and upfront on what made up the price and said that he would do the best he could to try to make me happy with a fair price for both parties. He made the process easy and quick. Did I get a steal? No. Did I get a fair price? Yes. For something that could have taken hours at another dealership, Johann just “cut to the chase” and quickly presented me with a fair price which made sense. If you’re in the market for a new car, feel confident that Johann will treat you with respect and tell you how it is. Thanks Johann! More

Quick repair even without the part needed. I had a problem with my car (specifically the driver's door window track broke and the window would not rise.
