My wife and I went in to look at a 2019 Passport or Pilot and Johann David was so knowledgeable of both vehicles and all of the equipment / technology on both models. We purchased the 2019 Pilot. Johann took us through a complete tutorial of all of the internal tech again even after the sale was done. Johann then called us that night to check on us and again in the morning encouraging us to stop by if we had any questions at all. We purchased on Saturday and I stopped by the Service dept. on Monday to make an appt for the installation of some added accessories and Johann came right into the service dept and assisted me without even asking. First Honda and Johann David have FIRST CLASS service! More
