I had previously visited thousands oaks Honda and was not treated the same. They continued to leave me with no service multiple times and in the end wasted 2 hours of my time. I knew to visit first Honda of Simi Valley because 8 years ago I was impressed with how fast and efficient the service was there. I told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Gabriel cut right to the chase and showed me the car I was looking for. The total time spend there was only 3 hours which amazes me. Car buying can be a headache but not at first Honda of simi valley. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used vehicle. They’re great!! More

I reached out to Gabriel Navarrete the sale person I was working with and under the guidance of a new manager Ryan Lewis, they were able to honor the price and give me the deal I was looking for. I had also reached out to Jason Tommell but he wouldn’t return my call, text or email, very unfortunate. Glad Gabriel Navarrete followed thru and made the deal happen. The only other thing that I wish is that they would price match the accessories because I would have bought them from them the same day I bought my car. For this and my interaction with Internet sales is why I won’t give the dealership a perfect 5 star rating. I definitely give Gabriel Navarrete a 5 star rating. More
