Amazing ! Johann was amazing! I came in wanting to turn in my Honda CR-V for a new car . With my CR-V my grandmother was my co signer but it was finally time to Johann was amazing! WOW! The best sales experiance EVER. I had the best sales experience ever in buying a car. Johan was so nice in the way he conducted himself and how he catered to my needs in buying a car I had the best sales experience ever in buying a car. I never felt pressured in to buying a car with him or he did not try to sell me other unwanted products, like most other sales people do at car dealerships. My whole experience was less than an hour and I got a deal that I did not even expect to get. I walked out of the dealership with documents for a new "gorgeous" '17 Honda Accord Sports just feeling a true WOW! experience. Johan was so special, he definitely went out of his way when he offered to drop off my car at me home. Johan could have easily told me to pick up the car the next day after "prepping" it up for delivery, as I had driven to the dealership. But he did not even mention about it. Johan just said, "I will bring the car to you if you allow me to". He drove 50 miles ( Simi to Arcadia) to my house at 9pm to deliver my car. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. I had the best experience with Johan and his sales team at 1st Honda in Simi Valley. I also want to thank Richard Hill, who helped me with the loan documents, He was very nice and took his time to go over the documents and explained all to me.
