He did not make me feel pressured or exaggerate about how severe any of the problems were. Also, the technician was able to solve a small problem with a stuck compartment and my car was serviced faster than estimated. I would recommend calling rather than using the online system to make a service appointment to make sure the parts and time slot are really available because I did have some trouble in that regard. It was only a minor inconvenience though and overall I am extremely pleased with this dealership. The service I had performed was for an airbag recall so I can't really comment on the quality of the work. More

Irresponsible and Inconsiderate I drove in from Lake Elsinore (113 mi away) to see and very likely to buy a used car I saw advertised. I had already spoken to three different repres I drove in from Lake Elsinore (113 mi away) to see and very likely to buy a used car I saw advertised. I had already spoken to three different representatives from their "BDC Group" over a period of one month. They all told me the car was ready and invited me to visit in person to test drive the car and place my offer. So I did, I drove in with my wife only to find out the advertised car wouldn't start. The car was in service for electrical issues, and was waiting for parts that were in back-order. I don't understand why in the world everyone in the whole First Auto Group doesn't know the status of the cars. I don't understand why I was invited to see the car when it is clear for over a month, that it was in service due to the nation-wide shortage of replacement parts for the Honda Airbag Recall. It was very irresponsible and inconsiderate of these people, and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. More

Great Honda Dealer! My wife's lease on her Honda Civic was coming up for renewal and we purchased it from another dealer. We went to 1st Honda because it was close to our home. We met Bobby who is a senior sales person and he was very pleasant and informative. We test drove a few Civic models and ended up with a Civic EX-L model. Prior to going to this dealer we test drove a new style Toyota Corolla S. The new style Corolla is much better than in the past, especially the S model but the Honda Civic came out on top. More power, better mileage, better and smoother drive. While we test drove a Civic at 1st Honda my cell phone slipped out of my pocket in the back seat. After driving the new Civic home we tracked the lost cell phone with an app on my iPad and found out that it was at the dealership. We went back and one of the sales people call Bobby on his cell phone and he came back to the dealership to find the car that my phone was in. Bottom line is that this Honda dealer is great.
