I loved my experience at 1st Kia in Simi Valley. Robyn my service attendant was great and everything went according to the line of communication given. She made suggestions for my car maintenance in a way that it showed she cared for customer safety and satisfaction.

I was greeted by Robyn in the service department and was taken care of immediately with a smile and friendly manner. I live in Glendale (30 mile drive) but refuse to use the Kia near my home. The few times I have been to the Glendale dealership/service department I have been ignored and when I finally got someone to help me I was treated like they were doing me a favor. I purchased two cars from them on the same day. Wish I would have visited the Simi Valley store. Oh well, live and learn.

Purchased a brand new Kia Sorrento with major issues that required lengthy repairs ... all with horrible customer service and outcomes. Do not purchase your car here or get it serviced. Service department is riddled with staff who are dishonest and utter failures in customer service (esp. the service manager Guy Ankeny). The most recent dealing involved trying to get service records for a vehicle we purchased and had serviced there. We were told to show up in person (as an ID was required) but when we got there, this Guy Ankeny states, "Our job is not to keep your service records." States that it will be e-mailed in 48 hours when another staff the day before stated that it would only take 30 minutes and be ready in the morning. Little does he know it is Kia corporate who asked us for these records.
