Prior to this dealer, we've already stopped by two o We were planning to look only for my son's first car and we ended up buying from this dealership. Prior to this dealer, we've already stopped by two or three car dealers within the same area. When we were there, Ben Villalpando showed us the car and took us for a test drive. Again, we were only trying to look and see which car best fits our needs and budget. Ben worked with us, but not pushing. The Manager, Yehuda, was also very accommodating and helpful. I guess it's their helpfulness and willingness to work with our budget that helped us mind up our minds to buy the car. Overall, our first experience with Ben and Yehuda was very, very pleasant. I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone. More

Service staff and General Sales Manager are terrible After leaving a negative review the General Sales Manager prompted me to contact him directly for a resolution. After two emails and a phone call, I've received no response from "Johnny Kia". Very unprofessional. DO NOT buy or have a car serviced at First Kia Simi Valley. I urge you to take your business somewhere else. I had to have warranty work on my 2014 KIA Forte due to the electronic power steering going out at 3300 miles. It's not a big deal, its under warranty, or so I thought. They refused to provide a rental car until after I complained profusely. The car was down for a week and not having a rental car would not be a viable option. They "fix" the issue by replacing the steering column, however, they did it wrong. When I got the car back the steering wheel controls did not work, the power steering was sloppy, and the steering wheel was not put on straight. Turns out the technician didn't plug the electronics back in and put the steering wheel back on crooked. I take it back and tell them to fix it right this time. They flat out refused a rental car this time even though the mistake was their fault. Even after complaining about it again, they refused a second rental car. So much for having a car to drive to work. Two days later, they plug the electronics back in and say they put the steering wheel back on straight. The electronics on the steering wheel work again, but guess what; the steering wheel is still not straight! This isn't rocket science, put the wheel on straight! Instead, when I have the wheel straight the car pulls to the right! In order to go straight the steering wheel has to be turned to the left. RIDICULOUS! I take it back and they refuse to correct it or do anything to compensate for the inconvenience, stating that the wheel is on as straight as they can get it. BS! The wheel is cocked to the left by 20 degrees!!! A simple alignment and toe adjustment will fix the issue, no need to take the steering wheel off! This should have been done when the steering column was replaced under warranty in the first place! They flat out refuse to fix their mistake or service my vehicle. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS! More

My boyfriend and I expecting our first child, had been looking for a good family small suv that would still help save gas, so staying within a 4 cylinder was key. His sister owns a kia and we liked the sorento so we came to simi valley kia after googling it. Right as we arrived we were greeted by sales man cody segal, he was very helpful, energetic, and was very attentive to what we were looking for especially price wise. He had great customer service and helped us very much by getting us at the price range we wanted along with him we had the assistance of johnny kia to make it truly happen. I would definitely recommend this kia dealership to any friends and family. More

1st Kia of Simi Valley I came here looking for a quality vehicle to meet my any day, everyday wants & needs and thanks to the helpful staff at 1st Kia that's exactly what I I came here looking for a quality vehicle to meet my any day, everyday wants & needs and thanks to the helpful staff at 1st Kia that's exactly what I got. Upon arriving we were greeted by the friendly and helpful Cody who worked with me to help me find the right vehicle to meet my needs and also stay within my budget. The whole process took a few days but Cody and the rest of the staff at 1st Kia were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. At the end of the day they managed to help me find a great vehicle that I am happy to say I got for the price I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car, whether you know exactly what you want or you have no idea and need to look around and figure that out, these are the guys to go see.
