The work is great, I have never had an issue with the work done. The major plus was the staff. Very nice, and extremely helpful. Especially Jimmy, he definitely took care of me and my car. More

Great leasing experience of a 2017 KIA Sorento SX We liked the honesty of the sales team; we looked for an AWD 3.3Liter 6 Cyl Sorento Limited with a certain color scheme and the team did all they coul We liked the honesty of the sales team; we looked for an AWD 3.3Liter 6 Cyl Sorento Limited with a certain color scheme and the team did all they could to find us one but in the end it was not possible to get it within the time limit we wanted it. At NO point during our phone interaction did the Sales team pretend to have the car just to get us into the dealership (like we've experienced with KIA downtown LA), rather, we've been told upfront that it will be very hard to get an AWD (as they did NOT have one on the lot) within a month, and so we worked out a different deal which in the end was very nice, the price was good, the down-payment and monthly payments met our expectation and the whole atmosphere throughout the closing of the deal was very friendly and pleasant. We'd like to commend Omar and his office Manager Bob with whom we interacted for the most part, but also, the whole sales team in general for a very pleasant experience! I knew the service team from before while servicing my 2014 Optima SX Turbo and I liked the service department; now I had an opportunity to interact with the Sales team as well, and they excelled at what they're doing. Very down to earth, matter of fact, and friendly individuals, who worked hard to accommodate our budget and preferences. Keep up the good work guys!! :) ...and thank you for a great experience! More

I was contacted by Maggie who put me in touch with Collin. After speaking with Collin, I went in for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and a very nice young man. We discussed various vehicles, options, packages, and what I wanted in my car. Then, Collin, Bobby, Johnny Kia, and Dave worked with me to trade in my 2012 Kia Soul, as well as getting the financing and car payments to a place where I was comfortable.
