Poor Follow-up I initially gave this dealership an excellent review until it came to following up with them to get my plates and services I have in writing that they I initially gave this dealership an excellent review until it came to following up with them to get my plates and services I have in writing that they promised to perform on my car. I had to make several calls to inquire about my plates and received no calls back. My husband was finally able to get an answer from the dealership after several tries. To get the sale, our salesman Tim, promised to touch-up areas of the car where there were visible paint chips. This was part of the deal when purchasing the car so we made sure to get this in writing. When it came to getting this service performed, we were given the biggest run around and still have not received a call back from this dealership. We will not purchase cars from this dealer in the future, as it seems they only want to make the sale and could care less about follow-up with the customers. Buyers beware! More
