No follow through I called this dealer to inquire about a vehicle they had online with no pics. I spoke to someone about having some sent to my email, they insisted on I called this dealer to inquire about a vehicle they had online with no pics. I spoke to someone about having some sent to my email, they insisted on getting my phone number instead. I waited for two days and received nothing, no pics, no calls. I called back again and was told that someone would be getting back to me soon. I waited two more days and spoke to yet another person who said that the pics would be posted and there is nothing else they can do. It has now been two weeks, no pics posted, no pics sent, and no calls back about the vehicle. With customer service being a direct reflection of the business, I will not be buying anything from here, More

I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Nikita Korsakov took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend 21st Century Auto Group . It was worth the hour drive to get there. More
