wonderful experience I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and was trying to find the best deal out there that would make me happy and my wallet happy. I w I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and was trying to find the best deal out there that would make me happy and my wallet happy. I was on my way to my parents house and saw 21st Century Auto Group so I decided what the heck let me stop in. I was greeted right away by a salesman and the receptionist, they were very nice and professional. I asked the salesman to give me a few minutes to browse their inventory for it was my first time here. The gentleman said no problem and walked away. I browsed their very large inventory and was surprised on how many different cars they had and how clean they were. I narrowed my search down to 3 cars I really liked. I found the gentleman who had first said hello to me and asked him to help me and he said it would be his pleasure. I test drove all 3 cars and the salesman explained all the cars to me in detail and was very thorough which I really liked. I finally chose the car I liked, which was an Infiniti, and now was prepared to hear that it wouldn't fit my budget, boy was I wrong. After explaining to the salesman exactly what my budget was and how much I was willing to put down he assured me that he would work with the finance manager and do everything in his power to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. After about an hour or so of going back and forth with the finance manager and my fiancé on my cell phone, we came to the perfect agreement. I picked up my car the following day, it was sparkling and better than when I saw it the day before. I CAN NOT express how amazing everyone was at the dealership and how happy I am that everything went so smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful car no matter what make it is, they have a huge selection to choose from. Thank you so much 21st Century Auto Group for helping me get exactly what I wanted after 3 months of searching!!! More

I walked in the door and was warmly greeted immediately by a salesperson named Joseph. I didn't have an appointment but he was available to work with me that day. We walked the showroom and the lot. Needless to say he was knowledgable on the vehicles and steered me In the right dorection. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive car and he actually steered me away from cars that would not have been the best one. I got to test drive the vehicle without Joseph actually in the car with me. That was a first. I honestly fell in love with the vehicle. After some good negotiating I even got a good price on it as well. I would definitely recommend using this dealership. Please talk to Joseph if you do go. My best advice is to go on a day they are not busy early in the week is the day I went. More

Professional and easy experience with 21st Century Autogroup I already had in mind the vehicle I wanted to see because it was listed on line. When my wife and I arrived at 21st Century Auto group we started looking around and found the Mercedes ML450 I was interested in. As we looked, we were approached by sales person, who introduced himself and opened the car for further inspection. I was impressed with the friendly and unassuming demeanor of Igor. We not only looked at the ML450 but as other cars caught my eye, we checked out those as well. To make long story short, I chose the car I originally wanted to see and purchased it. I was pleasantly surprised that all purchasing process went as quickly as it did. Finances, warrantee, credit and related issues along with all questions and concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with the process, but especially pleased with the owner - Dmitry Zeldin. I would definitely recommend 21st Century Auto group to any auto buyer and suggest them as specifically for. More

He was very friendly and eagerly showed us what we were looking for. My husband and I were interested in a Mercedes Benz ML350. I was unsure if we would be able to work out the details accordingly. Rafael went above and beyond to work out every detail to our approval. Needless to say I left the dealership extremely pleased and with the car I wanted. It was a pleasure to work with Rafael. He turned around any negative thoughts I had about 21st Century Auto Group. I would definitely recommend asking for Rafael if you are visiting this dealership. P. Cayenne Ive wanted a Porsche Cayenne for quite sometime but had not found the right one from the right place until I came across 21 Century Auto Group. My search began almost 3 months ago when I decided it was time to trade in a Sedan and get an SUV. Being a father, I didnt want to drive a "daddy" car so I finally decided that the only decent and cool vehicle for a father is a Cayenne- Sport! I began by searching for place online. I took a look at the KBB to see what the estimated prices would be so I wouldn't be getting ripped off. I looked at several vehicles with various mileages and kept on searching. My next place to look was PaulMillerPorsche in Parsipanny NJ. PMP had a wide variety of beautiful choices, I mean you cant go wrong there however the prices were a lot more then I thought they would be and the car salesmen (although professional) were very insistent. My next target was looking at independent dealerships, I feel like these dealerships have more fluctuation in price and can bring down the price lower. I looked at Brad Benson, Crystal Auto Mall, Meadowlands, and went back to searching online. I came across 21 Century Auto Group on Facebook when my friend liked several pictures and one included a Porsche Cayenne. I called to inquire about it and they actually gave me a little more info. In previous times, everyone always wanted me to come in to meet with a salesman and get more information on the vehicle. (that was annoying). Tiffany was fantastic- very polite. She gave me a bit more details and I finally set up an appointment with Rafael. The salesman was picked out for me. Rafael was great as well. He worked out every little detail and brought down the price substantially. I wasn't being sold another vehicle and upon arriving to my appointment, was taken to see the car almost immediately. The SUV was perfect and even had the sport package. I realized that one of the rims on the right hand side was scraped, knowing they sold used cars I figured they wouldn't even care. Rafael guaranteed to have it taken care of. I felt like I was in the right hands all along. I purchased my vehicle last week and i took the time to write this because I found 21 Century Auto online and hope maybe others will discover it as well. Goodluck More
