I came to this dealership with my daughter and my mother and the young ladies set us up with a salesman right away. Not really knowing exactly what I was looking for, I really needed someone to be patient and helpful throughout our visit. Gus was exactly that. He helped us find the perfect car. It had all of the major qualities I wanted our family vehicle to have and the year and mileage was fantastic. I grew up in TN so my father taught me the basics of a great car but what I wasn't too familiar with came to prices and brands. Along with Gus, we compared the same vehicle with other places who had something similar/ same brand/ ~ miles, and I couldn't believe how much more the cost at other dealerships was. Needless to say, I couldn't pass up this opportunity and I am very happy with my purchase and I am taking this time just to express to Gus how happy he made us! More

Understandingly,I had to pay upfront fees charged by the dealership on my car but evenso, the price was fantastic and beat any other dealership I went to, some even without the fees! I honestly would give this place a great rating because from beginning to end, my sale went just as I wished any sale would go. I didn't feel rushed, didn't feel obligated to purchase and I felt very comfortable amongst the staff and the gentleman helping me with my purchase. These guys deal with some many people from so many financial levels and I am telling you it doesn't matter if you make $15,000 or $150,000 a year. These guys are going to take care of you to the best of their ability. My girl came here looking for a old model Nissan she saw online for about $10,000 within an hour our dealer (Steve) made us a deal on a brand new Passat that it was almost to good to be true. From the get go he said dont worry I am going to take care of you guys and we trusted him. He kept his word at every turn. I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus LX470 from Steven at 21 Century Auto. Being located in Miami FLorida, I was somewhat hesitant and anxious of buying a car I had never seen. He was always immediately responsive on my thousands of questions and did everything I asked of him, he stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process, I mean, who does that?- 21 Century! When it came time to have it shipped, he worked with my shipper and met him at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night to make sure everything got loaded correctly and safely for transport.
