I heard about 21st century auto group from a close friend of mine who spoke very highly about this place. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz which was in prestine condition inside and out. After reading the reviews from many websites about this dealership, I was very sketchy about visiting but because of the amazing deals and prices I had to check it out for myself. I was greeted by Aaron which I then told him about the reviews, I was straight forward and told him to show me the vehicle immediately so we will not waste any time. Unfortunately the vehicle I wanted had a temporary tag and a new owner with a big smile. I was very surprised that the bad reviews were wrong and if I listened to the reviews I would not have my new vehicle. I was told that the inventory is usually accurate in this case it was. He showed me a vehicle similar to the E-Class that I originally wanted. Overall, the service was great, I got a better car and a better deal. Thank You 21st Century. More

Saw a car they were advertising on autotrader, so I called to see if the car was available – they said yes. Got there THE SAME DAY, and a sales rep told me it was sold a few days ago. He then tried to called to see if the car was available – they said yes. Got there THE SAME DAY, and a sales rep told me it was sold a few days ago. He then tried to sell me a similar car for $8000 more. I’m convinced they post cheap cars online to get the customer in their shop and then try to sell them something more expensive. The woman on the phone was rude, the 2 sales reps I spoke to were nice at first, but when they saw that I was not willing to spend more than they expected, their attitude quickly changes. I do not recommend this dealership. They are a bunch of snobs!!! More

I'm very happy with my 08 MBenz that I recently purchased from 21st century! Although its a pre-owned vehicle I feel as if its brand new! I live about two hours away but it was worth the drive. This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. Go there at your own risk, and anything they promise to do after you purchase the car you must get in writing. Check their better business beaureu rating, they are rated an F. When my temporary plates expired they promised they would pay any tickets I received on the car, this was completely false cause they went back on their word. Their service was slow and I felt like once they had my money I was no longer a customer. They post false advertising on the internet to get you into the dealership, and If you deal with a guy called French you are in trouble. I really wish I had gone with my gut and gone to reputable dealer rather than deal with these guys. The order in which they do things is also wrong, they ask for your credit card even before you have driven the car. My only pleasurable experience with this place was with the guy in financing, he was the only one with great service and seemed to be somewhat honest and descent. More

I brought a BMW 545 on April 6, 2011, the very next morning we had to buy a battery which was $180.00, as of today I have not received my tags and plates or my warranty information. I been calling them since I got the car about the battery, plates, etc.....they either place me on hold, transfer me to a VM thats full, or take a message. I asked several times to speak with a manager and they literally ahd me on hold for 33 minutes and then hung up. I haven't even had the chance to enjoy my car because I'm too busy on the phone with them , worried about my warranty(which I'm not sure I even have), and getting my tags and plates(which expires in 2days). They can't even give me a status on my plates(which they should atleast be able to tell me if they were sent to the DNV yet)As I was reading the reviews I was shaking my head because I see they give all their customers the same treatment. I can see if their were a few bad reviews but 99% of them all say the same thing. They should really be shut down. It's a shame that you have to go thru this especially when your giving them business. Please do not waste your time with this dealership!!!!!I ca not believe with all the complaints they have not to mention their BBB rating that they are still in business. More
