Terrible, liars and irresponsive to phone calls and messages. Promised to take care of issues. Car died two weeks after pickup and wouldn’t start when we came to pick it up at the dealership and we’re messages. Promised to take care of issues. Car died two weeks after pickup and wouldn’t start when we came to pick it up at the dealership and we’re fed lies that the car was serviced as soon as it came from auction meanwhile it wouldn’t start for over an hour and parts were switched from another vehicle. The car was then in Mercedes service for 2 weeks. Keep away from this dealership like the plague. Bunch of phoney car salesman and management including Gary in “service” with zero customer service and Louis who are all a bunch of crooks. More

I asked for an out the door price on a Lexus IS I was interested in. When I received a response email, it included other Lexus IS and non Lexus vehicles with the quote if you are looking for particular o interested in. When I received a response email, it included other Lexus IS and non Lexus vehicles with the quote if you are looking for particular options feel free to give us a call. Ok but I had one question and that was the out the door price on one vehicle am inquiring about. They’re response- The out the door price is only discussed here in the showroom. Really and why is that? There response just our policy. Luckily I have a background in loan processing and under writing because for me I never heard of any dealer not willing to provide information on pricing do to policy unless they have something to hide. I highly recommend stay clear of this dealership. More
