These guys are terrible. Shady and deceptive business practices. They have posted online a bunch of cars and when I called to arrange for an appointment to see the cars, the Shady and deceptive business practices. They have posted online a bunch of cars and when I called to arrange for an appointment to see the cars, they said no problem, the specific cars I called about are there and on the lot and they would have the cars ready (I had asked if the specific cars I called about were actually there at least 3 times and each time was told yes, they are there on the lot by a gentleman named Alex).... Well, knowing that this has been panned by many as being a bait & switch type dealer, I called a few days before the appointment to have the dealer send me current photos of the vehicles, to prove they were on the lot. No response, radio silence, until a day before my scheduled appointment, a different salesperson reached out to confirm that I would be there the next afternoon, without any mention of the vehicles I was interested in. When I pressed this new salesman (David) for information regarding the cars advertised online, he indicated the specific WRX STI wasn't available to be sold because it had severe engine issues (but nowhere was this referenced in the online ad for the car on countless websites and even their own website showing the car for sale, great condition and clean carfax). They then proceeded to tell me the other cars I had seen online are also not available, but that they have some other ones similar available on the lot. These guys are shady as xxxx, and frankly are criminals. The good reviews are 100% fake and generated by bots/hired reviewers. Trust the bad reviews, because they are accurate. Their online vehicle advertisements are completely FALSE and MISLEADING, and I would hope not one more customer gives these guys another penny. It is dealerships like this that give the industry a terrible reputation. 21 Century Auto Group is a scam. State of New Jersey should have shut them down a long time ago - clearly they have not changed their ways. Do not give these guys your business. More
