I usually don't write a reviews but this particular sales rep TIM really took care of the things I didn't expect him to do. With the experiences Me and my wife had from other sales reps before I thought I’d rep TIM really took care of the things I didn't expect him to do. With the experiences Me and my wife had from other sales reps before I thought I’d stay away from these car dealerships. This is first time I bought a car with 21st century group I didn't expect the process to be this fast to get a car. I would definitely refer my family and friends to buy a car with 21st century group. With that said, Tim was courteous, respectful and his level of professionalism about the whole experience I've had with him buying a car is beyond my expectation. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything that we talked about the car in terms of price and never felt pressured one bit or brushed off. I don’t understand what’s up with all the negative reviews with bait and switch.
