Today my wife and I came to just look at a vehicle and when we walked in we were greeted by the sales rep Jaydon, he was one of the most polite and well manners sales reps we have ever met, we have had so when we walked in we were greeted by the sales rep Jaydon, he was one of the most polite and well manners sales reps we have ever met, we have had some bad experiences at other dealerships but by far he was an amazing gentleman and made this such a calm and comforting experience I definitely would highly recommend coming to this facility for any of your car needs. By far the worst experience i had with a used auto dealer. I called them multiple times throughout the week and the day before my appt to confirm that the vehicle i was looking at is in store and aske dealer. I called them multiple times throughout the week and the day before my appt to confirm that the vehicle i was looking at is in store and asked for their price, which they told me it was and the price online is correct. The morning of my appointment i called once again to confirm the car make model and the price, the lady confined. They called me bc i was late to my appt and i asked to make sure the car is there, she said yes and told me price thats online. On my way i called to confirm car being there and price, they said yes its waiting for me and the price same as before. So i called in total of 5-6 times confirming the car and price. Once I get there, the sales guy shows me a completely different car and said that the car i was looking at is not there anymore and blamed it on it being wholesaled or that theres things wrong with it? I couldn't believe it. So i said ok let me see another car, while he went inside to get keys, i called them and pretended im still on my way, asked the lady if she's in the office and she said yes, asked them to not BS me and if the car I'm scheduled to look at is there and the price, the lady CONFIRMED its there and she told me the price, meanwhile im literally standing outside of their office AFTER the sales guy said its not available!!!!!!! The salesman was then standing right next to me and said that its just a "marketing" tactic they use to get people to come in the office. That the actual car is worth 17k more than list price and the car isnt even there. I wasted 4 hours of my time and money traveling there. I would never recommend them. All a bunch of BS and liars. I wish i could give them negative stars. ALL THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE More

My husband and I had a great experience dealing with everyone at 21st Century Auto Group! I have been looking around for a certain vehicle online and when we came across their vehicles, we decided to ta everyone at 21st Century Auto Group! I have been looking around for a certain vehicle online and when we came across their vehicles, we decided to take the chance to drive 2 and a half hours to visit. We were greeted by David as soon as we walked in. He was very friendly, he listened to what I was looking for, just very helpful throughout the entire process until we drove off in my jeep! We love it!! David is a great sales man and very respectful, we definitely recommend 21st Century Auto Group, they have amazing vehicles!!!
