Bait and switch. Setup a test drive, even spoke with them via phone the morning of and not once did they say the car was not available. He asked again which vehicle I was there for, walked away then came back pulling the vehicle up on their site (showing for sale) stating that it did not pass inspection and has to go back to Canada. When asked why is it showing foe sale on the site was told that it will be on there until it get on the “big truck” back to Canada. When asked why wasn’t I told this when I had just spoken to him. Was told that the “internet team” and “sales team” don’t communicate with each other. Asked if I wanted to see another vehicle instead. Just listing vehicles to get you in the door as several of the other Jeeps listed were not on the grounds either. More

Requested list of in stock vehicles. Received list. Went next day and they did not have any of the four+ vehicles that I was sent. I would love to know what auction house takes returns and how it is actually possible that all the engines on a 3 to 4 year old vehicle with low miles are completely shot. It’s comical that people actually think people are that dumb. Total BS! Wake up there buddy, they are not! In addition, then gave me options for other vehicles that were $10K+ over my budget, ridiculously overpriced, and also noted that there were several large fees on top of it. This place is a joke an obviously a big fat scam. Not sure how they sell anything and pay rent. I really cannot comprehend how this business is perfectly ok with ruining their local reputation. Not to mention, the long drive I did to get here and the day I spent comparing all the details and vehicle history between the options that was sent to me. Big waste of my time and guarantee will be of yours as well. This was my experience. Beware. More

This dealer uses bait and switch tactics. Tim never showed me the car I came to see and stated I can only buy in cash. Tim constantly attempted to get my credit card while negotiating to make photo cop showed me the car I came to see and stated I can only buy in cash. While discussing my trade in, Tim and the owner were adamant on using a portion of my trades value as a tax credit towards sales tax when registering, which was far more than the actual sales tax. This dealer is the most crooked dealer I've ever experienced. Most employees as well as the owner are disrespectful and talk down at you. They talk trash in their native language right in front of you. Before heading to finance, Tim had me leave a positive review. So here I am updating it. After purchasing the car, the finance lady refused to give copies of bill of sale and contract. I've called numerous times to get copies. This dealer is broke. I wanted over 2 weeks for them to pay off my trade in, which resulted in having to send a new pay off quote and me paying another month on the note so I don't have a missed payment on record. Do yourself a favor and avoid 21 Century Auto Group. More
