Shout out to Rico (Sales Associate) and Oscar (GM) for really working their tails off and giving a good person an excellent much needed break. They worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possibly, and believe me, this was my 6th dealership - extremely stressed and at the end of my rope. Other dealerships wanted $5000 down, tried conning me into vehicles thousands over my price range, and all 5 previous dealerships offered me less for my trade than this company. Kudos and xxxxxxto these two gentlemen and this company for having the integrity to understand sometimes its acceptable to take a leap of faith and an exception sometimes! Good people sometimes have bad luck or situations, they understood that. They had my back and it felt good even though I'm not an easy person to please. I recommend anyone who is not looking to get ripped off or conned, do yourself a favor, go to this company. With them you aren't a bottom line. So happy with my purchase! Thank you very very much! Lewis quoted me $200 for a 2 year b2b Waranty(lie) on the phone. I get there and Victor is such a sleazy used car salesman so I walk out. The guy chases me to my car in the parking lot screaming "F*@# OFF phone. I get there and Victor is such a sleazy used car salesman so I walk out. In front of other customers while the other salesmen(guy in red suit) watched without saying anything, like its normal. I called and asked for the sales manager who 2 different people told me his name was John. Then a 3rd person told me "thats a lie" they were just trying to give me the run around John is not a manager. The put me on with George "the owner" and he refused to confirm his title and told me he "doesnt care if I file complaint with state attorney general and BBB" I dont think Maserati should be letting these people represent their brand.
