This dealership employs every single low-grade and illegal sales practice out there. It is a total bait-and- switch shop. I think that one salesperson tried every dirty trick I have ever heard of within less than an hour. The vehicle they said on the phone was available became unavailable when I arrived. "It's a grey market car," "it has issues," "the check engine light is on," "it must have been in an accident," were just some of the different excuses for why the car was suddenly not available. Then the salesperson said that I should have known that there was was problem with the car. Then he proceeded to show me cars listed at $10,000. I tried negotiating for those cars. But the salesperson kept raising the price -- not coming down. He said that the list price he showed me -- and told me was the list price -- was actually their cost on the car. "We have to make a profit," he said. When he mentioned discounts for veterans, he added the veteran discount, instead of subtracting it, and started to say things that made non sense. I have so much more to say about this awful experience. Instead, I'll say this: do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More

Shout out to Rico (Sales Associate) and Oscar (GM) for really working their tails off and giving a good person an excellent much needed break. With these gentleman I wasn't a percentage that fits into the algorithms used by every company today. They saw me as a stressed human in a crappy situation. They worked extremely hard to get me the best deal possibly, and believe me, this was my 6th dealership - extremely stressed and at the end of my rope. Other dealerships wanted $5000 down, tried conning me into vehicles thousands over my price range, and all 5 previous dealerships offered me less for my trade than this company. Kudos and xxxxxxto these two gentlemen and this company for having the integrity to understand sometimes its acceptable to take a leap of faith and an exception sometimes! Good people sometimes have bad luck or situations, they understood that. They had my back and it felt good even though I'm not an easy person to please. I recommend anyone who is not looking to get ripped off or conned, do yourself a favor, go to this company. With them you aren't a bottom line. So happy with my purchase! Thank you very very much!
