I was in the market for a used Subaru WRX with very low mileage (>10k miles), and while browsing online, I n and ended with a deal being reached. I was in the market for a used Subaru WRX with very low mileage (>10k miles), and while browsing online, I noticed that a number of the potential hits I flagged were from this dealer, which I filtered for according to a balance of year-model, price and mileage. I put in a request using the CarFax website's "contact dealer" tool, to come in and view one car I really liked, and was contacted by the dealer the same day, and able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I cannot write this review without commenting on how beautiful the place is, which made the experience very comfortable (seriously, if anything, stop in just to see the gallery - exotic fish tanks/ponds, luxury/antique display models, friendly staff). My sales representative, Adam, was very welcoming and accommodating throughout the entire negotiation process. I appreciate his fairness and ability to be straight-up with what he could and wouldn't be able to do for me - it was a very efficient and professional experience, and I believe the final agreement we came to was favorable for both parties. The CarFax were provided, including information of interest like accident/damage reports, previous owners, and remaining warranties. Any vehicle information requested that was not within the advertising/specification was able to be obtained and provided by Adam in a timely manner, with confirming evidence where applicable. I drove the vehicle out of the lot the same day, and I have had no issues with its performance thus far, and it is currently driving as-expected. I would recommend this dealership to those interested in purchasing used cars with low-mileage, based on my experience. More
