My parents have been looking for a new car for about 4-5 months now. Not much luck for what they were looking for. We looked around at 21st but was hesitant because of our experiences with other used car de months now. Not much luck for what they were looking for. We looked around at 21st but was hesitant because of our experiences with other used car dealerships. But we thought why not give it a shot. So we looked at their inventory and saw a couple of cars they were interested in. Once we got here we were assisted by Tim. As I said before I personally had some bad experiences also with other dealers to the point where I walked out. But with Tim, the experience was great. He was very transparent with us and didn’t hide anything from us. In the end everything worked out and my parents are new happy Mercedes-Benz owners. More
They almost deserve 5 stars for the amount of effort that is put into trying to scam you!! It would actually be easier to just sell a car honestly. Inquired about a 2016 535, spoke to Johnathan, I asked if t is put into trying to scam you!! It would actually be easier to just sell a car honestly. Inquired about a 2016 535, spoke to Johnathan, I asked if they actually have the car or if they keep it elsewhere, he told me they physically have it and naturally followed up with “we’re just getting so many calls about it” that’s why it’s on car gurus and cars.com for 52 days. I asked about the condition of the car, make sure everything was clean, then got the speech about how they have a paint and dent guy come in and how their cars are top quality and in perfect condition. The next day I call again and get Amanda and I ask if she could please physically walk into the back and see if the car is still at the dealer, she leaves me on hold for 20 minutes then finally comes back and tells me that she was looking at the actually car. I drove over an hour only to walk in and be told not only do they not have the car there, which we already knew that was going to happen considering the dozens of other reviews saying the same thing, but that Amanda doesn’t even work at that location, and that it has an engine light and has had engine sludge for some time. Then obviously that gets followed up with “we have other cars”. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 4 to 5k to just get from an official dealer. I should of just listened to the reviews and saved the trip. Defiantly a lesson learned! When your online looking at a car just filter it to something that’s already certified and save yourself the scamming dealership that has the waterfall when you walk in and the Ferrari flags hanging everywhere when they can’t even get a 535 right. Good luck!! More
