Poor experience all around, and I should probably go get tested for COVID. I went to the dealership to look at a specific car, and called that morning to confirm that the specific vehicle (by VIN) was avail tested for COVID. I went to the dealership to look at a specific car, and called that morning to confirm that the specific vehicle (by VIN) was available. I was told it was. When I arrived, I was told the car was at a dealership being serviced for a major engine issue. Plus, the staff walks around with masks on their chin as if their requirement to wear a mask is a fashion statement. However, after negotiating for hours, I wound up buying a car from these guys, and discovered after a 7 hour day at the dealership, they broke a side view mirror when doing the detail. This is not surprising given they pack the cars so tightly in the showroom, there are some aisles too tight to fit through. After contacting them about the mirror, I was all set on getting the replacement handled... then someone else from the dealerhip called and they offered to "go halves" on the price of the repair (50% of $390). My advice, don't buy from this place, and if you do, stand firm on your price bid. More
