Good car, WIERD SERVICE. I recently made a purchase Good car, WIERD SERVICE. I recently made a purchase here after finding a vehicle online and calling in to see if it was in stock. I arrived an Good car, WIERD SERVICE. I recently made a purchase here after finding a vehicle online and calling in to see if it was in stock. I arrived and the person who would be helping me “CHRIS” would be standing outside with his dog, (I had mine also which is what attracted him to me) I Immediately tell him what I’m there for so he lets me go see the car and stuff but also is ready to get right to it, no test drive or nothing... BUT not before he also simultaneously continues to work with another couple who was there prior. We finally get to the test drive which to my surprise would be two PERSONAL stops for my sales guy “CHRIS” upon this drive I notice the touch screen is out of place, a dent and the carpets missing. I immediately ask him about getting these taken care of which he is like “yes. No problem we gonna get it all done for you, no prob” I also ask about the history of the car which I already checked up on and seen it was a rental and in my question I asked about that and he said “it belonged to a company fleet, one woman had the car and turned it in when she got a new one” ... funny to me because when I looked in the armrest it had marijuana pieces all around in there AND multiple names was in the Bluetooth so there’s that.... back to the dealer and it just takes hours and hours of paperwork all the while I’m still asking this guy about these repairs I don’t want to leave without as he still assured me it would be handled. Payment time I couldn’t use my card so had to leave with the car to get a cashiers check, my sales person “CHRIS” gives me the car to go do this AND jokingly BUT NOT asks for a bottle of Alcohol as if he made some amazing things happen on my end not to mention the “online price” was $3000 less than what I expected but they hit you with the WHAM cuz of-course nobody is going to check off their 3 discount offers which included money off for (military, student, previous buyer) aka NOT THE AVERAGE PERSON. So that was weird. Finally all done and guess what... all 3 issues I kept asking “CHRIS” about never got done... He told me still , call him because he would be getting carpets to “steal” out another car, and the dent guy would be there next week. I kept calling him and he kept bluffing around and moving dates. Finally while getting the car fully checked I had another dealer to put my screen back into place which is still not perfect, I paid for new carpets myself and my dent is still there. So good car just weird service and “CHRIS” whom is now on my bad side after lying, procrastinating, never getting my things done. Thanx “CHRIS”, whom also previously took my phone and made his own review not knowing that “I AM FATHER REVIEW” More

All the online reviews are true. Called before I went and set up an appointment. Was told on the phone the car was there and seeing the reviews I asked the salesman on the phone if the car was actually there set up an appointment. Was told on the phone the car was there and seeing the reviews I asked the salesman on the phone if the car was actually there/ if he could see it. After a few minutes on hold he said the car was indeed there and confirmed the model I wanted was in fact there. I arrived a half hour later to be told the vehicle was sold and offered similar cars at a higher price. Can only imagine how dishonest they would be if I actually bought a car here.
