All the online reviews are true. Called before I went and set up an appointment. Was told on the phone the car was there and seeing the reviews I asked the salesman on the phone if the car was actually there set up an appointment. Was told on the phone the car was there and seeing the reviews I asked the salesman on the phone if the car was actually there/ if he could see it. After a few minutes on hold he said the car was indeed there and confirmed the model I wanted was in fact there. I arrived a half hour later to be told the vehicle was sold and offered similar cars at a higher price. Can only imagine how dishonest they would be if I actually bought a car here. Awful I was given two confirmation calls to make sure I was still coming to see a specific car I requested an appointment for, including a call 1 hour befor I was given two confirmation calls to make sure I was still coming to see a specific car I requested an appointment for, including a call 1 hour before the appointment. When I arrived (from an hour away) I was told the car was actually shipped off somewhere else. I was forgiving of this and was asked to look at another car. I was told I could only test drive it after we looked at the numbers?? (opposite of every other dealership). And then the price "estimate" changed multiple times, and they refused to give me the actual numbers and breakdown until I promised I would take the car that very day. It was insane. Who would agree to purchase a car they haven't even test driven? I ended up buying the same exact car, the next day at another dealership who had great customer service, broke down every single number for me, accurately explained the price, and let me test drive the car first, obviously. That is the difference between a good salesman and a terrible one, DIEGO. "It's not fair to make us do the work and run the numbers when you might not get the car today." You mean your job??? Embarrassing. More
