I eventually had a good experience with the dealership after some initial hiccups. They were not familiar with the special ford financing option for the vehicle and I had to my first visit was unproductiv after some initial hiccups. They were not familiar with the special ford financing option for the vehicle and I had to my first visit was unproductive. They initially refused to do the sale. But then they honored xplan pricing and worked with me for few weeks to resolve our differences. At delivery, the vehicle was not 100% clean around the steering And dash. The windshield wiper fluid tank was empty. These issues were not resolved. A bit surprising for a $60k vehicle. Brianna in sales was great to work with. Very communicative and responsive. More
