Wasn't a fan of scheduling the appointment and having someone tell me that the person who mentioned the recall isn't employed there anymore as if they had given me wrong information. And I had to explain someone tell me that the person who mentioned the recall isn't employed there anymore as if they had given me wrong information. And I had to explain myself because apparently the impression I was giving off was that I'm calling for fun. Eventually she scheduled an appointment just for me to go there and that person (that apparently is "no longer there" is still working. They staff I dealt with was great though. I'm still supremely annoyed that I somehow pulled into the quick lane and parked at the exact moment my wheel rotated just enough to have a screw on top of the tire, not on the bottom, or towards the middle, the tip-top of it. The screw in the tire costing me $310 was the icing on the cake. Why have such a premium tire on a rental vehicle? So I'm never renting from the dealership again if I have to get my car fixed in the future. All in all, Scheduler infuriated me. Polite staff on location. Anthony is great. Awful rental experience.
