Normally we are pleased with our service from Baystate Ford, but this time we are very disappointed. First we had the "works" oil change done which included checking the tire pressure and rotating them. Ford, but this time we are very disappointed. First we had the "works" oil change done which included checking the tire pressure and rotating them. According to the truck the tire pressure is 38 and 47 on opposite corners and according to the door tag should be 35. Also, the lug nuts were loose and if we were not doing the brake repair ourselves on the vehicle I would not have noticed this until a wheel had falling off. In addition I had brought it in for a steering issue that happens during highway driving. They stated they could not find any problems with the steering, I even told them that they could take a longer test drive and I would pay the hour diagnostic but thus was not done. More
Small local dealership which prides itself on customer service NOT price & volume. My car price was reasonable BUT the services & amenities were 5 star! Salesman was spectacular- went the extra yard. I originally had gone to bring my wife to pick up her car after getting a sticker. I looked around the lot and found a car I really liked. A salesman came out(in the pouring rain) to greet me. I called and set up a test drive and purchased the car a few days later. My wife, father in law and my mother have bought vehicles from Baystate in the past. I will be a repeat customer based on my experience. More
Seems every time I come into service, they tell me two more expensive things the car needs. Too expensive on a pension budget.
