I had an issue with my previous service. Basically I felt I was overcharged for the service provided and was working with Jon Rydings, the service manager. The only reason I brought my car in for the recent oil change is to use my remaining points. Now I will no longer service my vehicle at BayState. More

Recall brought us to this dealership. Got a call before the car was released that we needed some extra work that would cost over $250 and was asked if we wanted the service, which we declined.
