After visiting many dealers to buy my new vehicle I came to Baystate Ford after doing my homework I wanted the new Ford Ranger and I made some phone calls and texts and Tom Kent got back to me as well as Sh to Baystate Ford after doing my homework I wanted the new Ford Ranger and I made some phone calls and texts and Tom Kent got back to me as well as Shannon both were very helpful and questions that I had. I made an appointment and I was introduced to David Grant who is the help me work on my deal. David was very knowledgeable very friendly something you don't see in a dealership salesperson at least in my past experience. We went for a test drive you showed me all the features of the vehicle some I knew some I were not aware of. We went in sat down and started writing down what I wanted he made a few trips to the manager and after all we made a deal then we went to see Tony the finance specialist she was very helpful and explaining everything and we completed that part of the deal. Afterwards David Grant set up my fordpass being an older gentleman the new technology is something I'm learning all the time but he took the time even after the sale to set things up. My experience has been very positive my friend told me about Baystate Ford his name is Joe inacio and he bought his vehicle about four years ago and said they're very friendly that's what brought me to Baystate Ford. All in all it was a great experience no pressure and they respected me and that is the biggest thing with me once again I dealt with Shannon and Tom Kent spent a lot of time with David Grant.
