Maintainense agreement and another contract for $900.00 dollars that I know for a fact that I didn't need and will never use over the life of my final loan. Nothing fully explained and no mention of the fact that it was going to cost me an extra 3 grand. My wife and I are retired and live on less than 40,000 a year. This was not a good thing for your dealership and not good for us. Even if I had to use this maintainence agreement over the coarse if my loan, it would not be a Bay State Ford. I will never return to Bay State and would not refer this dealership to family or friends. Just not good business. More
