It was almost like I dropped off a different vehicle than the work was quoted for. They honored the price but I was very surprised on the stuff they marked up. My husband and I will be trading in our 2018. Cobra for a brand new truck. But after the way we were lied to repeatedly about having a loaner vehicle available for us after having our truck there Cobra for a brand new truck. But after the way we were lied to repeatedly about having a loaner vehicle available for us after having our truck there 3 times for the same recall we will not be going back to 24 Ford in Easton for our new truck. Don’t appreciate being told 3 times that they would have a loaner and them not providing one. Cannot trust that if something that needs to be covered under warranty that it would be any different. They were good about the repair that cost us $3400.00 but the recall which was suppose to be done the same day was there 4 times before it was completed. Totally unacceptable. More
