I bought a 2018 ford f150 from baystate and was ready for a new 2020.....i text Kaitlyn who i used last time and she got back to me. I gave her my down payment and monthly payment request...and even though a new 2020.....i text Kaitlyn who i used last time and she got back to me. She was awesome and got back to me immediately with all my questions. It was the easiest buying experience ever. I went in a couple days later and did the paperwork with Tony. He was awesome as well. Was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered a few questions i had. Overall, the whole experience was an A+ experience. I know when im ready next time for a new truck, ill definitely be back to Baystate ford!!!! Big thank you to Kaitlyn!! More
