I brought my car here in July to get some repairs done, they took longer then expected and didn't fix all the things I asked of them and gave me my car back with trash that wasn't in the car before like I they took longer then expected and didn't fix all the things I asked of them and gave me my car back with trash that wasn't in the car before like I was all set. I reached out to complain about my service and they told me that a manager would reach back out to me. I didn't hear from them for a week and reached back out to see what is going on. Then the manager reached out to me that day after I MESSAGED THEM AGAIN. The manager John pocceded to tell me why my car didn't get the inspection I ask for because the recall part I got fixed needed to be driven on for a bit. But none of his engineers explained that to me when giving me my car back so he apologized but had no explanation on why they didn't fix the horn I asked them to do or why there was trash the car. He told me I can drop the car back off to get the inspection sticker done and the horn fixed. John spoke to me as if I would get this service done for free or at least a discount for all the inconvenience I've been put through especially since I had to pay an arm and a leg just for the last repairs I had that wernt satisfactory. This was not the case. I had to pay full price for all the new work that was done on the car that should have been done the first time (shaking my head). And John who said reach out to him when I got to the dealership never spoke to me when I dropped my car off or picked it up and didn't reach back out to me to see if this time my experience was good. Again they just sent me on my way. If this was the case then I would have just gone to somewhere else because I had to pay full price for thier mistakes and lack of communication. If was like I never reached out in the first place. And I was still dissapointed in my visit. There was a light on in my car indicating that my tires needed some air. You would think car mechanics would notice that and fill the tired with air as a way to be like "here you go sir we noticed the tires were low so we filled them back up for you so you don't have to worry" nope *sigh* they gave me the car back with the tires flat and the light on like how I gave it to them. And it's just like, I expect more from people whos job it is to be the experts but clearly at this dealership that is to much to ask for. I will not be coming back and I will make sure to tell anyone who's looking for repairs to not come to this dealership unless they want to spend all their money just to have to come back and be dissapointed again. More
