Scott said will call back with info? ten minutes later tells me nothings been done yet. Said I didn't leave the keys. Told him I filled out the info sheet and left it in the box explaining the keys were in the ignition right in front of shop.He says somebody didn't do something. How about a phone call when the envelopes were checked in the morning? I had an appt. Said sorry, we''ll have it done for you by the end of the day,only takes a couple of hours. Went ther at five o'clock and the manager tells me it won't be done until tomorrow. mechanic working on it has gone home. Again nobody called to tell me that. I was promised today. Have to watch grandkids tomorrow. car seats are in the car. Only vehicle. Asked for loaner for half a day. Can't help you. Asked next day if I could be picked up. I'm only 10 minutes away. Can't help you. Really messed us up. They screwed up royally and didn't work with me for a ride. Been there for oil changes with good experiences but this was a joke! B.B. More

Poor organization Poor organization.. You need to make sure you don't leave all your customers waiting in the parking lot in line for 50 minutes. Never seen such a mess Poor organization.. Attitudes seemed disinterested in offering explanation for all the confusion many customers had this morning. Why have a drive through intake of its not used that way. Vehicle recall Brought vehicle in for recall. I was charged $125 for diagnosis of engine code. I wasn't told there would be a charge to diagnose. I asked Scott if wh Brought vehicle in for recall. I asked Scott if while my vehicle was getting repaired could someone tell what the check engine light was for. Although the code was cleared. He NEVER mentioned I would be charged $125 for service to tell me what my son (who's a mechanic) could tell me free of charge. More
