great service I needed to have my Ford CMax photographed to document the rust/corrosion issues and the dealer in Raynham,MA. at Greico Ford, whom I bought the vehic I needed to have my Ford CMax photographed to document the rust/corrosion issues and the dealer in Raynham,MA. at Greico Ford, whom I bought the vehicle from, refused to do it and didn't even understand the Ford warranty associated with the corrosion issues. The service department at Baystate Ford went above and beyond to help me out. They were well versed in the current warranty and my visit was flawless. I just happened to run over a nail on route to the dealer and had to replace my tire, this too was without any bumps. I will go back to Baystate Ford wfor any work I need on my Ford vehicles from now on. More
