Best Dealership EVER! Went to a local repair shop for an oil change and left with the message that my SUV needed new brakes and tires. Not happy where I bought my SUV brand new in 2016! Time for a trade I decided! I looked up dealerships that would be on my way home from work that same day and came across Baystate Ford. I saw a couple of SUV's online that I liked so I called them. When I arrived, they were ready for me! From the initial phone call to the greeting I received when I arrived to the patience and time spent with me while I made a decision, this team did not miss a beat. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and patient. My salesperson was awesome. No pressure, understanding of my needs and answered all of my questions. Another salesperson, Uirys made it a point to welcome me to Baystate and made small talk while I waiting to make me feel at home. The best part was I got to meet the General Manager of the dealership who was extremely knowledgeable. He spent time with me when I had additional questions and also taught me something new! The Service Manager, Jon and Asst, Service Manager, Stephany were so helpful with a couple of minor things that needed attention.
