Great service department. I have to say that Bay State Ford, especially Martha, has always given me great service. From scheduling the appointment, to setting up me with a loan I have to say that Bay State Ford, especially Martha, has always given me great service. From scheduling the appointment, to setting up me with a loaner car, it has always been easy. They take great care of the car, always returned clean. The loaner car is great as I am a realtor and depend on my car to work. This past service was for the tailgate pistons, needed new ones. Also my backup camera was not functioning well. Both needed some parts, the camera software was updated. I got to keep the loaner car, they got the parts the next day and I picked up my car. No problems at all, as always!! More

Oil Change & Tire Rotation Had a scheduled appointment on 9/29/18 at 10:00am. Arrived early just incase they could take me early, big mistake! Sat in waiting room and watched i Had a scheduled appointment on 9/29/18 at 10:00am. Arrived early just incase they could take me early, big mistake! Sat in waiting room and watched inspection sticker customers come in and get serviced before me while I waited. My truck was finally moved into the bay for service at 11:05am where it sat for a few more minutes. Finally they started working on it and at 12:10pm, my truck appeared at the service door completed. No charge for the oil change but cost $19.95 for the tire rotation. After two hours and fifteen minutes I was finally able to leave. When reading my service receipt, I noticed the last sentence stated that my rear rotors were in poor shape and no one ever talked to me about them. How can rotors be in poor shape on a 2018 F-150 with 5400 miles on during the first oil change???? If they would have waved the tire rotation charge I wouldn't have been so upset but nope, Ford needs every nickel to pay for their recalls. More

Very unprofessional Went there for a brake work on my truck. first they said someone was checking the brakes then.when it was sitting in the parking lot. I had to tell them it was there. then I was told they had all the parts except a few small parts which would be there in the morning. when I called the next day at 3pm I was told the parts were already in but the guy doing my truck was doing oil changes. They were also suppose to line the front end up. I had to return the next day because they didn't do it . It took the guy 3hrs and he still didn't do it right. More

Frustrating - Confusing - Very Unsatisfactory I brought my car in to have the front driver's side tire re-sealed because it wasn't holding air. I've done this many times and have been told that t I brought my car in to have the front driver's side tire re-sealed because it wasn't holding air. I've done this many times and have been told that this is a "known circumstance"...that crud builds up at the point-of-seal which compromises the seal. The tech looked at my tire, found nothing wrong, and was going to put the tire back on the car, without doing the bead seal. The guy behind the counter was going to charge me $37 for doing nothing. I had to ask if the bead seal was done and his answer was "Oh, you want us to do that??" Yes...yes I do want you to do that as the tire won't hold air. This quick procedure should have only taken 30 minutes or so. I was there an hour and a half, if not longer. Finally, the charge for this was $37 when every other time I've had this done the charge was only $15. When I asked about the price difference, they told me the $15 was an error, which I don't agree with because it was $15 every other time I'd had this procedure done. I was overcharged this last time and I'm very unhappy with my service. More
