I went in for a recall service. The mechanic who took my truck around the building must have thought I was in the waiting area, because I caught him spinning my tires on the ice and snow. They would not replace the part they broke because my vehicle quote "has to many miles and they're not responsible for breaking the shifter". I am never goin back for service there again and I am going to recommend all my friends who drive fords to stay clear of baystate. More

My wife and I were searching the internet for a new Ford SUV and sent out emails to several ford dealers. I was email back several quotes by each dealer. All the dealers’ quotes seemed high except for Bay S SUV and sent out emails to several ford dealers. I was email back several quotes by each dealer. Bay State came in several thousand lower (No that’s not a typo, I said thousand) I got a follow up email and decided to go to the dealership and have a look. I was meeting by Mike Littlefield (Sales) and I told him about my email exchanges with the dealership. Mike said no problem and he would be happy to show us the SUV. It was raining and although my wife and I had an umbrella Mike did not. He still was out in the rain showing us the SUV. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the SUV. Every single person we met with from the email contact to financing was super nice down to earth. Everything was so easy and stress free. My wife and I decided to sleep on it and again they did not pressure us. The next day we brought our old SUV in and we were offered right what we were looking for as far as trade valuation. We purchased our new 2013 Ford Explorer XLT and drove it home within a few hours and are extremely happy with it. Zero pressure, great pricing and friendly as well as knowledgeable staff. It’s nice to go to a dealership were there not out to screw you as soon as they shake your hand I will absolutely recommend Bay State Ford and I will be a returning customer. More

Good people who don't fit the "car salesman" profile. I stated what I needed and no BS involved, they can either do it or not (they did). You would think a Ford dealership and Ford are in cahoots, not this one. Kevin Hagerty was a real stand up guy I could relate to and felt very comfortable he wasn't trying to screw me. I like this dealership enough that I may actually try the service dept., which I would never see myself doing. Good all aroung experience. More

It had been 8 years since I purchased a new car and my previous experience wasn't great. So this time I was going to do my research! I was greeted with a smiling face (Chuck) and he helped make the process as easy and anxiety free as possible. The financing staff helped us get the lowest rate possible, which was nice for our wallets. Don't get me wrong the process takes hours but Baystate has a great lounging area with an extremely large TV, which helped pass the time. I purchased my car on a Tuesday night and picked it up on Friday afternoon. I would recommend Baystate Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

Upon walking into BayState you felt right at home, the showroom is bright, open, and very clean. Kevin greeted me with a smile and assisted me right away. I received an email from the customer service/internet division, regarding my interest in the Ford C-max. Kevin helped to find out about the email and get me into a test drive. I had previously test drove the C-max at another dealership and found it an uncomfortable experience. Right when we got in the car, Kevin made me feel comfortable and at ease to drive the car without any pressure. He explained all the features and options about the car (which the other dealership did not). When we got back from the test drive, he gave us a tour of the dealership including the maintenance department and waiting area (all of which very clean). I decided to purchase the vehicle. Kevin went to bat for me, helping me to receive the rebates that I was eligible for. When it came down to the finance department getting a monthly number for me, that is when my issue came in. I reasonable put down money and told them what I could pay a month, but they wouldn't come back with a reasonable number a month. I called my credit union and went through them instead because they could get me the number I could afford. Kevin was great through out the process, he was patience, kind, and knowledge about the cars and the business. He was the only car sales man that I met (I met a lot in my car search) that didn't bash any other car brand or dealership. I am excited to have gotten my car through Bay State because I know I will be well taken care of and can always get help when I need it. More

I have no idea how Baystate Ford can get repeat customers. I took my car to them for Service instead of my usual Ford dealer and was completely blown away at how terrible their customer service is customers. My car needed a simple fix that took 3 days and 3 separate trips back over the following 2 weeks to finally resolve. I was initially charged much higher than quoted due to not including a diagnostic fee in the quote. I was treated as if I was a bother to them rather than a customer and they will not get my business in the future. More
