These guys are usually pretty good. I waited a bit for someone to acknowledge me standing at the counter but eventually someone came over when they were free. I was just having the scheduled 30k maintenance done on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I waited for over two hours before I proactively checked the status of the maintenance. I was told I should come back later in the day because they were having issues with the alignment and it was taking too long. They were nice enough to Uber me home to Tewksbury and back when my Jeep was ready. The service guy was very friendly, professional and polite. I thought the price was pretty steep at almost $600 for maintenance and wiper blade replacements. More

I’ve had my Jeep Grand Cherokee L less than a month, and he He was professional, friendly and knew his stuff. He continues to provide great service . I’ve had my Jeep Grand Cherokee L less than a month, and he’s followed up a couple of times to see if I have any questions about my Jeep. I’m also waiting for a tow hitch, and he keeps checking to see if it’s in, and let’s me know the status. I would not hesitate to buy from 495 Jeep again. More
Just picked up my Ram from the service department after 3 days of it sitting in the lot with no work done, after having made an appointment and telling the service rep I was renting a car and hotel room whil days of it sitting in the lot with no work done, after having made an appointment and telling the service rep I was renting a car and hotel room while waiting. Was told several times over the 3 days it was actively in the shop getting looked at, which wasn't true. Only found out because I have a fancy LTE-enabled security system that logs everything, and I could see it hadn't been turned on or moved in days. Had a very hard time getting anyone to answer or return my 10-15 calls. Eventually I couldn't trust them when they said they were about to get to it and decided to cut my loses. When I arrived to pick it up at 2PM on a Wednesday, none of the managers were at the dealership. So I'm out several hundred dollars of rentals and 3 days of aggravation for nothing. More
