Service made appointment within 2 days. This was quirk with all the Covid 19 issues. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was checked in and shortly after my car was in service bay. I waited on site and Recalls with all the Covid 19 issues. Within 5 minutes of arrival I was checked in and shortly after my car was in service bay. I purchased my Chrysler at this dealership in 2015 and each time I have had required service or emergency repair as was this week's appointment I was greeted politely and promptly. My questions regardin each time I have had required service or emergency repair as was this week's appointment I was greeted politely and promptly. My questions regarding the repair were answered and I left the vehicle (undriveable) at the dealer for repair to be completed the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the service manager that the repair had been completed the same day I brought my car there.
